Just wanted to share a photo of our lovely children from trick or treat night last weekend....

Illness!
Well, the Fall/Winter season has started in our household with a bang! So far we have all been sick with either sore throats, coughs, and even possibly the H1N1 virus. I have taken several trips to Walgreens and realized that it is possible to spend $80 at the local pharmacy in 7 minutes; and yes they do carry everything from Easy Mac & Cheese to fuzzy socks to keep your feet warm when you're shivering from a fever!
This latest sickness has knocked us for a loop, but surprisingly the triplets have pretty much fought it off. Tanner was sick for a few days, but is back at school today. Last week Jason and I sent the older kids off to the bus each morning and then jumped back in bed for most of the day. Austin held the fort down by playing computer games, watching cartoons, and eating whatever snacks he could get on his own. He was sick as well, so he didn't seem to mind that Mom and Dad slept until the triplets came home on the bus!
Mackenzie reminded me several times that I had been in bed all day, and that I was wearing the same clothes that I had on the day before. She is my biggest helper in that department, and she loves to give me advice. One morning she asked me if I was even going to be her mom that day. Was there an option? Did I miss something? She is very quick to let me know if I am lacking in my duties, or if I am not performing to her standards. The Lord knew exactly what he was doing when he only gave me 1 girl!
I'm off here for now to head to the doctors office...Hopefully this will be it for us for awhile, and we can enjoy Thanksgiving without any more sickness!!
